What we collect, and why

The short version

This site sets no cookies, asks you to create no account, and runs no advertising. We do not sell or share anyone’s data with third parties for marketing.

We count visits anonymously, and we keep the conversations you start yourself on WhatsApp or by email. That is all.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages people actually open. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data at all — there is nothing that could identify you individually, now or later.

What is recorded is aggregate only: how many visits, which pages, which country a visit came from, the kind of device, and the site that referred it. It is processed by Vercel Inc., who also host this site.

Because there are no cookies and no personal data, there is no consent banner for you to dismiss and nothing for you to opt out of.

If you contact us

Pressing a WhatsApp button on this site takes you out of our site and into WhatsApp. The message is pre-written — the piece, its code, and the choices you made — so we can answer without asking you to repeat yourself. You can edit or delete it before sending.

That conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy, not this one. We keep the history only as far as it serves your order and any questions that follow.

The same applies to email you send us.

How long we keep it

Visit statistics are anonymous and tied to nobody, so there is nothing that could be deleted on any one person’s behalf.

WhatsApp conversations and emails we keep while they are still relevant to your order and its guarantee. If you ask us to delete them, we delete them.

Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 27 of 2022), you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, and ask us to delete it.

Message us on WhatsApp or email us below. We will not ask you why.

If this notice changes

We update this page and change the date on it. We will not quietly add new tracking without writing it down here.
